Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the www.agenticplug.ai website and the tools and agent interfaces we provide, including Agent Ready Report (together, the "Service"), operated under the name agenticplug.ai by 360 Auto AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Services Description

agenticplug.ai is an Agentic Commerce Optimization company. We help businesses become visible to, and usable by, AI assistants and AI agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google's AI features and Perplexity, through consulting and implementation work. We also publish free resources, including the Agentic Web Readiness Index, our protocol tracker and our articles, and offer free tools, including our website readiness scan, Agent Ready Report, our FAQ chatbot, consultation booking and interfaces for AI agents. Paid services are provided under a separate agreement (see Section 6). AI platforms decide for themselves which businesses to cite, rank or recommend, so we do not guarantee any particular result.

2. Eligibility and Credentials

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Our Website has no user accounts.

If you, or an AI agent acting for you, obtain credentials to use our AI-agent interfaces (for example a client registration, an access token or a verified agent registration), keep them secure. You are responsible for activity carried out with them, and you must tell us promptly at info@agenticplug.ai if you believe they have been misused. We may revoke credentials at any time.

If an AI agent uses the Service for you, for example to request or book a consultation, you are responsible for the information it submits and the actions it takes, as if you had done them yourself.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

You specifically agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of our servers or networks.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our servers.
Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission, except through the interfaces we publish for AI agents (such as our MCP server, our A2A agent and Agent Ready Report), used as documented.
Misrepresent your identity or credentials.
Engage in any activities that violate applicable telecommunication laws and regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR) or carrier policies, including but not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited marketing communications (spam).
- Making robocalls or sending unsolicited automated messages without proper consent.
- Engaging in phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive practices.
- Sending messages or making calls that contain illegal, hateful, or abusive content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality, including the A.G.E.N.T.I.C. Framework (Audit, Graph, Equip, Network, Track, Influence, Convert), are and will remain the exclusive property of 360 Auto AI LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States and other countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Unless a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) says otherwise, any AI search optimization strategies, algorithms, custom-built solutions or workflows we develop for a client remain our intellectual property.

You may quote and cite our published research, including Agentic Web Readiness Index results, with attribution to agenticplug.ai and a link to the source page.

5. Confidentiality

When we work with a client, both parties will keep confidential the non-public information the other shares about its business, products, services or operations in the course of the engagement, except information that is publicly available, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law. A client agreement or non-disclosure agreement, if there is one, governs instead.

Information you send through our Website's forms, chatbot or tools is handled under our Privacy Policy, not as confidential information. Please do not send confidential information that way.

6. Payment Terms

Our free tools and resources are provided at no charge. Fees and payment terms for paid services are set out in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) between us and the client. Payments are due on the schedule agreed there, and late payment may lead to suspension or termination of services. If an MSA or SOW conflicts with these Terms, the MSA or SOW controls for that engagement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We, our affiliates and our licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, securely or be available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Our chatbot and AI-agent tools generate answers automatically, and those answers can be incomplete or wrong. Our articles, Agentic Web Readiness Index results, protocol tracker and other published content are general information, accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, and may change. None of it is legal, financial or other professional advice. Verify anything important before you rely on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall agenticplug.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 360 Auto AI LLC, its affiliates and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and managers, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of a) your use of the Service, including use by anyone with your credentials or by an AI agent acting for you; or b) your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may stop using the Service at any time. To have credentials revoked or your information deleted, contact us at info@agenticplug.ai (see our Privacy Policy).

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Before filing a claim, the party raising a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will send the other party written notice describing it (to us at info@agenticplug.ai), and both parties will try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in court at any time.

Any dispute that is not resolved this way will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms here and update the "Last Updated" date. If a revision is material, we will say so at the top of this page at least 30 days before it takes effect. Revised Terms do not apply to a dispute that arose before they took effect.

By continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

13. Agent Ready Report

Agent Ready Report is a free tool that scans a public website and reports how ready it is for AI agents and AI search. It requires no account. These Terms apply to it, together with the following:

Acceptable use. You may use it to scan any publicly available website. You may not use it to overload, attack or probe websites for security weaknesses, to scan websites in bulk or in automated loops, to try to reach private networks, or to get around its limits.
Reports are diagnostic. A report is an automated, point-in-time check of publicly available signals. It can be incomplete or wrong: websites can block or time out the scanner, and the standards it checks change. It is not legal, security or professional advice. It does not guarantee how any AI assistant, AI agent or search engine will treat a website. Sections 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties) and 8 (Limitation of Liability) apply to it in full.
No affiliation. The checks are based on standards published by third parties. We are not affiliated with those organizations, or with the platforms the tool is available on, and they do not endorse it.
Sharing reports. You may share reports freely. Please keep the attribution line that each report includes.
Changes. The tool is free, and we may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.

14. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or to a successor, including any company formed to operate agenticplug.ai. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
